In addition to our regular dishes and the constantly changing specialties of the season, we also offer specials of the day made with the fresh seasonal ingredients that our local suppliers have surprised us with - of course: everything only as long the stocks we have been able to get will last!
ATTENTION:
This applies all the more since we will reach the end of this year's season in a few days and are working with a permanently shrinking "Everything Must Go Out" special menu, for which we very much ask for your kind understanding, moreso if this limits your preselected or habital wishes in any way. However, we strive to have enough creatively conjured spontaneities ready to freshly prepare for you, right up to the last day, which maybe might not even disappoint you in the end, but could lead to a new experience of enjoyment that would otherwise would remain hidden from you ;-)

In an inspiring fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors, we are interpreting the popular typical Canarian dishes in a way, that is more surprising than traditional, sometimes a kind of a cheekily difference to "what has to be this way" and fascinatingly atypical in the delicious Fusion. And yes: It is healthy and kids love it nevertheless! How is that?

When you tell us your orders and wishes, please indicate your preferred level of spiciness for your food and any intolerances so that we can always cook your dish freshly prepared for you in your style as "your's".
You'll have already noticed that "tuyo" means "yours" in Spanish :-)

We are on La Gomera, in the farthest corner of Valle Gran Rey. For us this means that it is sometimes difficult to get the goods we need on time or at all. Goods from further away are reloaded so often that it happens regularly that something stops at one stage and then arrives a day or even a week later. But that rarely stopped us from getting our gods fed up and happy somehow. It just expects a little more flexibility from us and from the gods than anywhere else in the world.
