Working in upscale, but not aloof, gastronomy?

1 x "bartender" (experienced)
Working at TUYO makes you sexy!
Are you already sexy enough, or do you need to work at TUYO to increase it?
But seriously: We are looking for a BARTENDER for the TUYO restaurant in Vueltas as soon as possible!
Requirements: a professional gastronomy school training or, even better, real EXPERIENCE in independently managing the range of drinks including a few simple must-have cocktails. If your potential goes beyond this, you are welcome to contribute according to your capacities. Prerequisite two is commitment and a certain "pride" in what you can call your work, and for us this is: giving the guest a nice and positively memorable evening. Number three: teamwork! You should be prepared to help the service achieve perfection in larger rushes, e.g. helping with serving larger tables. Walking past an empty glass without taking it with you and asking if you would like any other drinks would be a no-go... You see where we're going with this?! And prerequisite four, not least important: basic language skills in English and Spanish.
What do we offer? A familiary team!
We pay above average, have permanent employment contracts including social benefits and taxes, and our audience is not stingy when it comes to rewarding a good dinner with friendly service with a good tip.

There was some confusion on Facebook about the "get sexy through TUYO job" joke that we used to try to attract attention to our search ad. So the attention came, but unfortunately with questions as to whether we want to become a strip club and be more "Patana" with our Thai dishes?
Oh dear, oh dear, no, absolutely not :-D ... it was just a "persiflage" on "normal advertising" that works with "sex sells", and we found and still find it a successful joke ;-)
... the joke about this ad is the following:
"Out of desperation over the Canarians' refusal to work," which the media often reports on, we ordered a delivery of "robot super verigood waiterer size M" and "friendlykind waitres model 2.0" from China, but now that we have received the delivery, we believe We were sent mannequins, and allthough it said "TÜF-tested-secur" on their buds, so far none of us have dared to plug the 1.5m cable into a socket, darnned" :-D
But now absolut SERIOUSLY:
We are actually looking for several more employees for the completely new team at TUYO - the restaurant, which ofcourse with no doubts remains conservative in its concept and on its level!
IN SERVICE:
friendly, committed people with (basic) language skills in English and Spanish and experience in the gastronomy, that kind, where you never serve a guest over his/her left shoulder ;-)
IN THE KITCHEN:
two talented, helping hands that, together with two attentive eyes, belong to a nice, collegial person who is then given many options for advancement in our team. From vegetable cutting and dishwashint up to sus chef or the one higher position in the "Beyond Food" preparation chain of the TUYO.
We pay
above average and offer a relaxed and familiar working atmosphere. Because just as no happy fart comes from a grim butt, no happy guest leaves a restaurant in which a friendly atmosphere does not drive the common goal: "the guests think it is the best restaurant and place to celebrate an evening in the valley and they like to come back tomorrow, even if thats our day closed" ... we hear that often ;-)
