The TUYO restaurant is located in the quaint harbor district of Vueltas, very close to the small and idyllic fishing port of Valle Gran Rey. We are a fine dining restaurant and offer “soul food fusion” of Asian and Mediterranean elements, brought into Canarian cuisine. We try to combine the cuisine styles from different continents in order to pamper our guests in a creative and varied way.

In addition to our dishes made from fresh regional products, mostly in organic quality, we also offer you a large selection of excellent wines from La Gomera and the other Canary Islands, but also from the Rioja and Ibera del Duero regions, wines from Canary winemakers and French ones Bordeaux, Italian Merlot or Greek Retsina.

Depending on the season, we present our guests with freshly caught tuna, goat meat, lamb or rabbit from the Canary Islands.

We also placed particular emphasis on the interior design of the restaurant. This is unique on La Gomera. Old, stylish and authentic furniture from the Asian region has been combined with modern elements to create a unique and comfortable ambience. We sincerely apologize to every one who would have wanted or even made plans to eat at the TUYO * El Restaurante during this time. We are still working on a "once every 14 days for enthusiasts, gourmets and friends" concept, as our executive chef is in the valley until June, but alone and with a few temporary staff: but perhaps a menu evening with advance booking and consensus would be an option About the food options it's somehow feasible, maybe just a "curries or tuna fillet with orange teriyaki - TO TAKE AWAY" campaign, but that's all still in the thinking phase and hasn't been decided. !

Our dear Adrián actually has to relax at least 2 weeks now having a "vacation" (at home)!
